The story behind this
Singh means lion. It's the name Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave every Sikh son at Vaisakhi in 1699 — a single name to be shared by all, so that no surname could rank one child above another. A prince and a farmer's son would carry the same one. That was the whole point: one family, standing level.
Somewhere along the way — a new country, a school register, a form with too few boxes — that name often gets quietly set aside for a family surname. It becomes a middle initial, or nothing at all.
This tee puts it back where a child can see it: bright, bold, spelled out in colour. Not a middle name to shorten — a title to grow into. Wear it to school, to the gurdwara, to camp, and let the question come: "why Singh?" Every time it does, a child gets to answer.
Made for the little Singhs who should know, early, exactly whose name they carry.
